North Carolina Mar Thoma Church Sunday School is affiliated with the Mar Thoma Sunday School Samajam of  the Diocese of North America and Europe. We have a total of 60 students in the 2024-2025 academic year from Nursery to 12th grade. We have 19 teachers in the calendar year of 2024 both full time /part time to teach Sunday School. We praise God for our growing Sunday School family.

Our children were welcomed back to our Sanctuary after the pandemic for in-person Sunday School classes on Aug 25 2024 for the academic year 2024-2025. Sunday School begins at 9:00am with a general session where we have praise and worship, presentations from children and teachers. Sunday School classes are held from 9:20am-10:00am.

Following were some of the programs we conducted in the year 2024 :

• Midterm & Final/Diocese Exam
• Volunteered for Brown Bag Ministries
• Bible Quiz Competition for Grade 5-Grade10 on the book of Proverbs & James 
• Painting Competition for Nursery – Grade 10
• Easter Play 
• VBS – Theme- “Breaker Rock Beach- God's Rock Solid Truth In A World Of Shifting Sands.”. The theme verse was from Romans 12:2 : "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. We had Mrs. Neethi Prasad, Chairperson of the World Day of Prayer USA, who joined us from New York to be our VBS Director.

• Sunday School Competition : Singing, Story Telling, Bible Reading and Elocution for Nursery – Grade 10
